• This agreement is a legally binding instrument when signed by the student and accepted by the school. Your signature on this agreement acknowledges that you have been given reasonable time to read and understand it and that you have been given: (a) a written statement of the refund policy including examples of how it applies and (b) a catalog including a description of the course or educational service including all material facts concerning the school and the program or course of instruction which are likely to affect your decision to enroll. Immediately upon signing this agreement, you will be given a copy.
  • This agreement is for the BASIC INCOME TAX COURSE. (Correspondence Course). A total of 60 hours are required to complete the course. The CTEC provision states that an instructional hour is 100 minutes per hour. The study period is six (6) months from the purchase of the course.
  • BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL. The student has a right to cancel this enrollment agreement and obtain a refund. Cancellation shall occur when you give a written notice of cancellation by certified mail, along with the return of all materials given. Please mail such notice to A & B Office Income Tax Training School, Attention: Andres Saavedra, School Director - 2548 W. 7th St. Los Angeles, CA 90057.
  • REFUND INFORMATION The student has a right to a full refund of all charges less than the amount of $15.00 for shipping/ handling cost if he/she cancels this agreement prior to midnight of the tenth (10) business day after the course was mailed along with the return of the material in new condition. The amount retained for registration or shipping and handling cost may not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) In addition, the student may withdraw from a course after instruction has started and receive a pro rata refund for the unused portion of the tuition and other refundable charges if the student has completed 60% or less of the instruction. For example, if the student completes only 13 days of the 60 day course and paid $100.00 tuition, the student would receive a refund of $46.99. (47 days remaining as of the date of withdrawal, divide by 60 total days = 0.78 Now, multiply by $60.00 [$100 - $25 tuition fee - $15 shipping /handling] = $46.99) If the school cancels or discontinues the course program, the school will make a full refund of all charges. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
  • FEES AND CHARGES. The student is responsible for the following fees and charges:

    1. Registration Fee of $25.00
    2. plus, $15.00 shipping/handling.
    3. plus, Tuition at the current Promotional Price as advertised on our website at the moment the course is paid.

    THIS CONSTITUTES THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES AND CHARGES THE STUDENT IS OBLIGATED TO PAY FOR THE EDUCATIONAL COURSE/SERVICE.CURRENT PROMOTIONAL PRICE for the course may vary, please refer to the 60-hr page on our website for pricing details. THE CURRENT PROMOTIONAL PRICE CHARGED will be determined by the price of the course on the day payment is made via our website. If paying by check, the price of the course is determined by the date payment is delivered to our office.
